Turning Questions into Discussions

Are there any ways at all in general where any forms of questions that are all ever asked about anything at all in general and everything relevant to Apple itself all alone in particular and any of its own types of products in general(computers, iPads, etc.) could all ever actually be able to be turned into any forms of discussions that would actually always be able to help to improve any types of products that Apple itself actually creates in general at any points in the future itself as a whole in general?
