iPad’s battery management and touch calibration

1. Ipad latest Gen half year old. I have used the ipad till it drained to 10% or 8% for around 4 times now, thrice I accepted the prompt to automatically switch to low battery mode, the last time I didn't. I charge the battery until it is upto 80 - 95% and twice to 100%. I want to know if the times that it drained that low would have hurt the battery life?

Because in the battery section it says "iPad has been used more than usual since upgrading iOS, which may affect battery life.

2. I use it with clean hands. However, I do not have a screen protector. I write on it quite a lot. Although the side of my palm doesn't get sweaty I frequently wipe it in a cotton fabric and continue working. Will it affect the screen touch calibration? I don't plan on getting a protector cause there aren't many good reviews on the ones available online in my country.

1) Your iPad and its battery are designed to be used across its full range of battery charge. Your battery will only be harmed if you allow it to fully discharge - and remain in the discharged state. Your iPad will automatically switch to its low-power mode when the battery discharges to 10% remaining.

2) A good quality Screen Protector will not affect your iPad screen or its sensitivity. Of those available, Zagg and OtterBox are arguably the best available.
