Best way to create Apple ID to deploy apps as my company and not my personal account

My company asked me to create a development account to allow multiple developers from my company to be managed through the same login instead of individuals. I have a shared mailbox already set up for it, but was wondering what the best way to go about this is? Do I start here Before You Enroll - Apple Developer Program and then create a business account under my current login or do a create one with the shared inbox? I've only ever had a personal developer account before.

Create a new Apple ID for the organization, and that then enrolled in the developer program as an organization.

This will be the Apple ID with your organization’s name; the account holder.

Set up or invite the other roles as appropriate:

… Apple Developer Program Roles - Support - Apple Developer

… Account Management - Support - Apple Developer

i’d typically use the account holder Apple ID only for account-level functions; for releases, and whatnot, not day-to-day activities. I wouldn’t mix it with my own stuff. But your choices here can vary.
