Get an external USB card reader. Although XD is pretty much obsolete, as far as new cameras using it, there are lots of multi-format USB card readers that accept XD cards.

A lot of card readers these days come with USB-C plugs or adapters. If necessary, you could plug a card reader which had a USB-A plug into a USB-C to USB-A adapter.
