I have a second “safari” icon that is hidden behind other apps which I am unable to delete. Help please! If I move the icon in front the next icon in line simply replaces it. Frustrated. 😩

Force Restart your phone and that should solve the problem. It may take a couple of attempts to get the speed and sequence of the key presses correct. Make sure in the last step you hold the side button for up to 20 seconds until the Apple Logo appears. Do not let go if anything else appears on the screen.
