File names from pc photos disappear when uploaded to iCloud

All my bird photos are named on my pc but this name is not uploaded to iCloud. This means if I want a name on my photo I have to rename them. Is there a way to have the original file name in iCloud?

I can't view the photos on my iCloud on my Mac When I open the Photos app, there were like 15 random pictures that a friend had sent me once. I tried to switch the library and now I am getting the message "The library could not be opened. Photos was unable to open the library “iPhoto Library”. (3143)" Gives me the option to Quit or Open Other, but there is no "other" to open. I just want the photos that are saved on my iCloud (that I can see on my phone and when I login into iCloud on the browser) to show up in my Photos app. If it's helpful, I think that I did something weird years ago when Apple switched from iPhoto to Photos, but I definitely do not remember what that was. How can I get the Photos application on my Mac to show the photos that are in my iCloud? Thanks!

Why does SanDisk photostick change photo name I bought a SanDisk photo stick. I stick it into my iphone and it allows me to get photos, then stick it into laptop and transfer photos to my laptop or external hard drive. Problem - the photostick changes the name of the photo. Icloud easily names them in sequence IMG_8766. Photostick changes name to some random long name and then throws them in a random order. WHY. How do I stop that please?
