Refund for PicsArt

Hi team,


I would like to request a refund for the app I didn't intend to renew. It’s not even been a day hence I believe the refund can be initiated.


I requested a refund on https://reportaproblem.apple.com/ twice but was rejected - https://snipboard.io/Ykqhmt.jpg Then I contacted Apple's hotline in Vietnam to get help, but he said that a 3rd party app, PicsArt, had checked my app usage history and refused a refund.


Next, I continued to send an email to PicsArt support team and received the answer that they were unable to process refund your request as the Apple App Store restricts vendors from accessing this function - https://snipboard.io/58DBP6.jpg


So now who will solve this problem for me? I spent a lot of time on this problem but no one stepped forward to solve it for me, instead they pushed the responsibility onto each other.


As for the refund request, I only used the app for photo editing during the free trial period, and I forgot to unsubscribe from the app and the money was deducted. Therefore, I think I should get a refund for the amount I don't want to spend.
