My iPhone has one Apple ID and my MacBook Pro has a second Apple ID

My iPhone has one Apple ID that I established with my first iPhone and it is my email address.
My Apple computer has a second Apple ID that originated when Apple used AOL for its servers. That ID originally was just a name but later I was able with direct help from Apple to have it changed to my original AOL email address, which is different from the email address I have for my iPhone.
Both are mine.
How do I combine them?

Two apple IDs for the same email/person I have a regular Apple ID that I have had for over 15 years. At some point since then, in error, an apple ID was created that is completely separate from my regular one (think apple ID 1 is "XYZ" and the second one is "XYZ@me.com") they are both associated with the same email At times, some subscriptions and such have been mixed up between the two and it is even hard to log in to one or the other. Does anyone have a solution to merge them or even log in and delete the second one? It wont let me log in to the second one since the "email is already in use")

How do I merge two Apple ID accounts? I have two Apple IDs, and one is tied to an email account I no longer have access to. How can I merge these two accounts so it is all in one place, and accessible to my active email account?
