Can you change the default blue color on iOS/iPadOS to something else

I’m getting bored of that blue that appears on the buttons and bars in iOS 7 and up. Is there perhaps a way to change the color in iPadOS 17

Color bug in Portrait mode on iPad's passcode screen If I go to portrate mode in my iPad, then go to the passcode screen, make it landscape, then exit, there is a bug I found. The color was bugged for a second. The bottom was dark wallpaper, the right side was dark wallpaper. With the rest being the bright wallpaper. Can you please fix this?
