Safari isn't working

On my Mac Safari doesn't work anymore. I've tried a lot of things: updating the software, closing it (only possible by using the "close immediately" device), shut down the computer, made several new starts... It's always the same - I open Safari, nothing happens and I'm told "Safari doesn't react". I'm using Ventura 13.6.3., which should be the latest version. Is there anything else I could do?

iPod, iOS 15
