Can’t sign out my Apple ID due to restrictions

I logged in to my new iPhone using a secondary account that I had not used in a couple of years. Now that I need to log out of it and log back in my usual account, the log out button is grayed out.

I’ve tried the typical answers for this issue: Tap Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy > scroll to Allow Changes and turn on.

I’m not in a managed phone. I don’t have any vpn installed.

Right now Content & Privacy Restrictions is turned off, I left all options on Allow.

I appreciate all help!
