I forgot my Microsoft Email account password. How can I recover it?

I went to unlock my Microsoft Outlook email account on my MacBook and it would not accept it. I recently reset the password and have used it before with no problem, but now it will not open, locked out. How do I recover and/or reset the password?

How do I recover my iCloud email password on Outlook? I have forgotten the password associated with my iCloud email account. It is different to my Apple ID password. That would be something you would have to take up with Microsoft. This has nothing to do with Apple.
