Read the earlier replies. The original lawsuit / settlement is over. If you could have made a claim under it, you cannot make a claim any more. You have missed the deadline by a long time.

You’ll have to inquire with the Claims Administrator to determine why this is “news” to you.

As far as the Canadian class action, all details are provided at the Claims Administrator web site linked above.
