How do I turn my iPhone SE off. It is stuck in Accessibility Magnification

I was trying to learn more about my new SE phone and selected accessibility and magnification. Now I cannot get the screen back to normal or anywhere. Tried to turn OFF or reboot and phone started to dial 911. I stopped that. How do I reboot 3rd Gen SE?

If iPhone isn’t responding, and you can’t turn it off then on, try forcing it to restart.

Press and quickly release the volume up button.
Press and quickly release the volume down button.
Press and hold the side button.
When the Apple logo appears, release the side button.
