iCloud service broken in China Mainland

I am a Vision Pro user from China. Currently, apple support of Vision Pro is not available in my country, so I have to write this post to you to hand up a serious iCloud problem.

Since March 6, 2024, most of Chinese Vision Pro users cannot get access to their iCloud service. Not only the syncing process of files and photos is blocked, but also the activation lock of Vision Pro cannot be turned off, so that the device cannot be reset or erased.

I expect someone at Apple could find out a solution for this problem. THANKS A LOT!!!

Unfortunately, there’s not much we can really do. Apple is adding support for Apple Vision Pro with pre-orders for China mainland, Hong Kong, Japan, and Singapore beginning this Thursday, June 13, at 6 p.m. PT and availability beginning Friday, June 28. Access may have been blocked until June 28. Check back next Friday to see if it works.

Same issue with HomeKit. Apple TV ceased working as home central unit in cw24/2024. After resetting it keeps hanging when it comes to iCloud synchronisation. Same issue on HomePod, which can not finish its iCloud configuration.

the current issue is even I don’t want use my Chinese iCloud account, I can’t sign off since the entire Chinese iCloud service on vision pro don’t work anymore
