iPhone SE keys on the extreme right of screen have stopped working.
I have even tried drawing in notes (saw that as a suggestion from earlier this year) but not able to draw on a strip on the RHS of the page

Go to Settings > Accessibility > Touch, then tap Haptic Touch or 3D & Haptic Touch. Choose the touch duration—Fast or Slow. On an iPhone with 3D Touch, you can also choose the pressure needed—Light, Medium, or Firm.

I tried what you suggested, the delete (x) sometimes works but the p and send arrow still no luck.
I have obviously also tried the basic turning my phone off and then restarting😏
