Changing the region with an active balance

Hello. When I was in Turkey, I established a Turkish region for myself and replenished the balance. Now I have been living in Greece for a long time and I want to change the region, but there are 100 liras on the balance, which have nowhere to spend and withdraw, and there is no way to replenish the balance in order to write off the account balance. What should I do? It is also impossible to call support, their Greek number is inactive for some reason.

Hello! Thank you for using Apple Support Communities.

If you are trying to zero your balance and still have a valid credit or debit card, you may purchase an item from the App or iTunes Stores for more than your balance. The remainder will be billed to your card, leaving you with nothing in your account balance.

Alternatively, you could ask Apple to remove and keep the balance. Remember that the people on this forum are just other Apple products users like yourself and are unable to do this for you Use this link Apple provides to take you directly to the people who will do this for you --> https://getsupport.apple.com/?caller=kbase&PGF=PGF63005&category_id=SC0998&symptom_id=20198

If you choose the Apple Support option, use the direct link I provided. It might save you some time over using the general support link to Official Apple Support because that will just eventually take you there anyway after a bit of hunting.

Alternatively give Apple a call:

Contact Apple for support and service - Apple Support

If you are asking about this because you are changing regions, take a look at this article:

Moved to a new country or region? - Apple Support

We only know the contact methods that Apple provides for users in general. I suspect some countries may adhere to business hours for support services. Telephone numbers for other countries usually will not work from outside the country itself, so if you are trying to call Turkey from Greece that may not work. You need to try an online method such as the app previously mentioned, or the link I provide for exactly this service.

Have a great day!

I can understand your frustration but again, we are just other users like yourself. Those are the contact resources of which we are aware. Apple has progressively made it harder to contact them outside certain specific channels. I suggest you try various tricks such as see if there is any way to get a chat option by exploring a completely unrelated topic, and then ask to be redirected. You can also force your browser to not use Greece (click on the country name in the bottom right corner of your window) and and again see if you can get a chat option about anything with somebody in Turkey. Also have a look at this "other Europe" link Official Apple Support

Again, we are just people sitting at home (probably both of us in the USA) and we have no more connection to Apple than you do, I'm afraid.

I have an active small balance that has nowhere to spend it. I need to change the region to my current one. Support is not responding - they can only be reached, and the phones listed in the application and on the site are the same and inactive. There is simply no other option based on the links that I found myself and you sent me. That's why I'm writing here, because I don't see any other option for contacting Apple representatives.

Once again, everything you wrote doesn't work. The phones are inactive, I called during the specified business hours. I didn't find any other options. Both through the app and through the website.

Apple Staff do not monitor the forums for this kind of issue. They do use it to garner feedback, but I suspect that is for large issues affecting hundreds of users.

It seems odd that the phone number for Greece does not work from inside Greece. Are you using A Greek telephone service? Have you tried using a friend's telephone? I can't help but get the impression that because you have a Turkish ID and are trying to get hold of assistance in Greece that there may be some issue there.
