Apple Locked ID Over Suspected Fraud?

For over a year I have used gift cards and my discover credit card to put funds into my Apple ID so I can buy things on the App Store. Last December I stopped buying gift cards (2 that I bought from a Walmart had mismatched codes inside and out so they could not be used). Since then, I have used my discover card to add funds almost daily. Recently, my purchases were blocked several times but a request to customer support resolved the issue quickly. Until this last time when Apple flagged my purchases as suspicious and locked me out entirely. They did accept the money I transferred into my Apple ID, but I can no longer access it or my apps or anything else. They keep saying I can still get my iCloud data (I do not have it yet) but that I can’t get my money or my subscriptions back.

Apple has STOLEN my money and data in the name of protecting my money and data from theft.

Help. Me.
