Permanently switch back to old phone after pairing to a new one

Can I switch back from my new iPhone 14 to my old iPhone SE 2020? How do I transfer my phone number back to the old phone? The old phone has not been reset, it still works in WiFi for everything except phone calls or texts to Android phones. I want to restore it as though I never had the 14 phone. Thx
