Safari not opening Constant Contact links in emails

Is there a solution to the long standing issue of Safari not opening Constant Contact links in emails? There are many times when this link is needed, and yet "it just does NOT work."

Safari won’t open links from constant contact emails I’ve seen several other questions about this and the answers are always to restart safari and that does not work. I cannot open any links from an email on my iPhone. I have tracked the problem specifically to those emails that are coming through constant contact emails. Constant contact uses rs20.rs6.net as the beginning of their redirect to track link clicking and safari just says “safari cannot open this link because the server cannot be found”. I don’t care about most mailing lists but my son’s school also uses constant contact and it is very annoying not to be able to follow any of the links to materials they are sending me. Please fix this, there are so many other complaints about this problem in the forum. this is also true when I try to open the same links in my Mac computer or my iPad. It’s a safari issue not a device issue.
