iphone XR and new ipad mini 6 do not sync

Both are running 17.3.1 They do not sync google calendar

iPad mini 6, iPadOS 17

They each must be logged in to the same Google account that hosts the calendar. Calendars sync only to the calendar source, not device to device. This is also true for Contacts, Reminders, Notes and email.
