If you had the account completely deleted from the Privacy website, then the device can no longer be used.

The process warns you that you must sign out before having the account deleted. Once the account is deleted, there is no way to sign out.

If the account deletion process is still ongoing, use the email you received and the alphanumeric code you were sent to contact Apple support to stop the process, so you can sign out.

Otherwise, there is nothing you can do. You failed to heed the warnings and sign out. The device is now unfortunately unusable.

Deleted how?

What exactly did you do?

Please explain clearly what you did.

If you asked Apple to completely erase the account, then you can no longer sign out if it from a device that may still be signed in to it. Apple warns about this when requesting the deletion of the account.

Before you request deletion of your Apple ID

Make sure that you sign out of all your devices to
avoid issues with apps that use your Apple ID account or iCloud. After
your account is deleted, you can't sign out of iCloud or turn off Find My iPhone Activation Lock on your devices. If you forget to sign out, you might not be able to use your device when your account is deleted.

If you did something else, then please explain, clearly and in as much detail as possible what you did.

Maybe there is:

Apple can reset a device if a person can provide sufficient evidence of valid ownership (usually the original receipt from Apple or an authorized retailer). Try this online here --> https://al-support.apple.com/#/additional-support (Yes, apparently this does work in this situation too: How to remove previously deleted apple id… - Apple Community )

My daughter under 13 years old. I just deleted her account from privacy.apple.com(25.02.2024). But still I can’t log out from her iCloud. Log out still grey. From family sharing also deleted her name. Every time when asks enter Apple ID password says that cannot find this person. I mean now I can’t log in and log out to her iCloud.
