I’ve had a subscription for AppleOne for a few years. I went to login to watch a series on Apple+ on my iPad. Which I’ve never used for Apple+ in the past. And the app is asking me to start a free trial.
how do I fix this?
Where did you start the Apple One subscription exactly? THis ame iPad or another device?
If another device, is the iPad using the same Apple ID as that device for Media & Purchases in Settings ➜ Apple ID ➜ Media & Purchases ➜ View Account
Do the other Apple One included subscriptions work on the iPad?
What show are you trying to watch exactly?
