It's kind of hard for a virus to spread itself on a platform that is so tightly firewalled that apps normally would not be able to modify each other's files. If you have to install "VirusApp" manually, and even then, it can't spread infection to other apps, it's not much of a virus.

It is much more likely that you are getting scam e-mails, text messages, notifications, etc. claiming that you have a virus, than that you actually have one. Such scam messages are an attempt to panic you and get you to buy some program that you don't need … or worse, to deliver your financial information into the hands of criminals posing as "technical support" people.
