OnVue is stuck on "We're checking for open applications. Please do not close OnVUE. This can take several minutes

I am doing the system test of onVue, every test pass but on the last step where it check open application, It's been 30 minutes now and I believe it is frozen.


Device: 13-inch MacBook Air with M2 chip - Midnight


any solutions please?

Ran into the exact same issue on my M2 Air. Looks like the software doesn't work right with the M2 chip. I borrowed a M1 Mac and it was able to complete the check successfully.
