The verify button doesn’t work

In my singing monsters, (yeah, I know, I play it) when trying to purchase a currency pack, and after pressing continue to confirm a guardian’s payment method, I pressed pay pal. I then entered the code to verify that it was okay, and when I tried to press the “verify” button, nothing happened. Not even a visual effect. In fact, most of the buttons shown after pressing continue don’t work. I must also say that I currently use an up to date iPhone 13, and the sale is running out of time, so please answer as soon as possible.
