How to sync ringtones and textones between Mac and iPhone

I would like to use the same ringtones/textones on both mac and iphone...they are not syncing..help?

Why Can't I Sync Ringtones or Voice Memos Anymore? I've had MacBook Pros and iPhones for about 15 years. Up until recently, it was very easy to create ringtones in GarageBand and then drop and drag or sync onto the iPhone from the MacBook. That appears to be no longer doable with a USB connected phone. Also, my Voice Memos used to be able to sync from my iPhone to my MacBook. That appears to be no longer doable with a USB connected phone. Apparently, if I want to open myself up to additional risk of hacking, or to let Apple, Inc. access all of my data, I can do these things via iCloud or AirDrop. I do not wish to use either of these options. Does anyone know how I can easily add/sync/transfer Ringtones and Voice Memos between the iPhone and MacBook Pro with a USB-C Cable? Thanks.

Transfer Ringtones How to transfer self created ringtones from one iPhone to another? I created some ringtones by Garageband in my iPhone. It works in that particular iPhone but after idropping it to another iOS device. I couldn’t save them as ringtones. I can just saved them as files on my iPhone! Shall I saved in a specific path?

How can I sync ringtones/Music to my iPhone 11 Pro Max? I've been tryin to sync a ringtone to my iPhone and it won't let me sync my ringtone to my phone. Its not even allowing me to sync music I have on my computer to my phone for later listening to. is there something I'm doing wrong?
