My phone is acting up

-videos do not play on any app

-apple car play is just a black screen

-I’ll take a photo but it wont save it anywhere

restarting my phone fixes all the problems temporarily

-also after restart there’s random 2 second black videos that appear in my camera roll from time stamp before I restarted my phone

Unable to play any videos on my iPhone 10 Hello! I have had this problem for a while now, but all I did before was restart my phone and it worked. All of a sudden even if I do restart my phone the videos still don’t work! I know it’s not an internet issue because my phone won’t play videos on my camera roll and my phone is at the latest update for iPhone 10 at the moment (16.7.8). Plus I have 15 gb of free space so it can’t be a storage issue. I can’t play any type of videos including tiktok, instagram, camera roll, YouTube and even music on Spotify! It only works if I have my headphones plugged in, and sometimes that doesn’t even work. Also I don’t know if this is unrelated but my phone sometimes restarts for no reason in my pocket. And whenever I play a video my volume stops to work if I’m on it. If someone can help me with this issue it would be deeply appreciated!

Can't play video from 'Files' on iOS18. 'Files' app is dead? After iOS18 was installed I've downloaded video file from internet via 'Safary' to 'Downloads' in 'Files'. Same as was doing it previously. After trying to play it 'Files' app freeze on a screen showing video's name in the center of the screen without showing any buttons allowing it to be directed to VLC for playback. No any other buttons present either. Can't even get one step back to 'File' home screen. Removing app from multitask and relaunching it doesn't heal the problem. Even after phone's full reboot 'Files' app still in the same state. After starting it after reboot same freeze screen appears. I've removed video file via PC, but phone's 'Files' app remains in the freeze state. I'm frustrated. Any suggestions? Phone is iPhone 15 Pro Max, iOS 18.0 (sure =)).
