I resived so many changes to my card through the Apple Whitt the app reel short I’m not using the app never on my life

Why am I being charged by Apple for the apps that I did not purchase? So I initially, I tried this app out…I used the free trial then but it was straight up garbage, so i cancelled the free trail and never proceeded with it.
