Why am I being charged by Apple for the apps that I did not purchase?

So I initially, I tried this app out…I used the free trial then but it was straight up garbage, so i cancelled the free trail and never proceeded with it.

Then all of a sudden, i received a charge on my bank card and it declined because apparently I don’t have that much money on it!

now I can’t purchase anything, I am stuck and my card is been charged for an App I didn’t purchased

what do I do? I am angry!

Seems a free trial needs to be cancelled at least 24 hours before expiry, if you do not want to be charged.

We are all Apple users, like yourself in the community, so we have no access to your accounts or details.

However: If there's a problem, your screenshot shows you can: "Report a problem" via a link:

To report a concern about an app, you must provide the URL of the app.

See how to: Find the URL for content to report a concern - Apple Support

As far as I know there is no way to claim a refund, unless money has been paid.

If you want to contact Apple: You could contact Subscriptions and Billing Support (online chat / phone / email):

There is a “Get Support” Link (or an App you can download) at the bottom of their webpage.

Website: Subscriptions and Billing - Official Apple Support

If needed: Contact a third-party vendor:

The best source of help for a product not made by Apple (a third-party product)

is the company or person who made it—its vendor or developer:
