My new iPhone 13 couldn’t download images from WhatsApp when it’s connected to wifi

I got the new iPhone 13 and I couldn’t download images from WhatsApp when it’s connected to wifi. Attached image shows the error.

I tried with different wifi networks but still same problem shows up.

please resolve the issue or tell me what’s the solution for this
