Unable to update iOS because iPhone won't connect to Wi-Fi

Please I need help on how to update my iPhone to the latest version.

I can’t connect to a WiFi so I can’t download the latest version

Start here:

If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won't connect to a Wi-Fi network

Suggestions for Wi-Fi issues

Note: if you have an iPhone 13 and later with 5G you can update over the cellular network.
