Updating an iPhone 14:

A. Use my User Tips:

• Computer:  Update your iPhone Using a Computer - User Tip
• Cellular: Use an iPhone 12 or later, that is using 5G, in order to update over Cellular - User Tip

B. Use of Ethernet:

If WiFi will not work on your computer, while trying to perform the update, then try connecting, using Ethernet. If no Ethernet port, try this adapter: The Belkin USB-C to Gigabit Ethernet Adapter - Apple
