How to fix "EndNote" crashing on MacBook Air

I have installed EndNote on my 2017 13" MacBook Air which is running MacOS Monterey. Every time I open It it just crashes

You need the version of EndNote that is confirmed to be compatible with macOS Monterey. Contact the vendor or visit EndNote Support to determine EndNote version requirements.

Have you tried removing and reinstalling the EndNote APP?

I have endnote 21 which is indeed compatible
