I am concerned they are scammer of some type.

They got in and changed the password and security questions.

I was sent and email and immediately changed the password back.

The security questions however are now in Chinese and have changed so it's still compromised.

Before I could get to an apple device they have changed the password again and supposedly changed the email.

I thought that was the end of it but I am still receiving emails when they the hackers change settings.

The latest is they turned on two factor security.
