add eSIM Option missing or add cellular plan It was present in ios 17.1.0

Hi there, I'm facing some problems regarding eSim. Recently I purchased an eSim but I didn't find any option to add eSim, so I contacted Apple support, after seeing the problem they couldn't find any solution. So, they told me to go to Apple's authorized service center. I wanted to know if there is any other way to troubleshoot this problem. I'm in Bangladesh Now. My iPhone Sales Model (MLHC3 ZA/A)
