Add eSIM option not available iPhone 15
This is NOT a carrier issue, carrier allows for eSIM just fine, its just the option of “Add eSIM” that is not showing under the “Cellular” menu.

Where was the phone purchased? What is the model number of the phone? Please do not provide the serial number for security reasons.
We ask because phones sold in some regions do not have eSIM capability.
Settings > General > About > Model Number.
Once you have listed the Model Number, tap directly on the model number and another 5 character number will appear. Example.....Axxxx.
Post back with both the Model Number and the 5 character number.
