In Terminal, the password is entered "in the blind", meaning that as you type it, it will NOT be displayed on the screen. So at that prompt you will carefully type your password and then press the Enter/Return key to continue.

I''m still not clear where you are getting these instructions and what they are for.

While you did enter the "export" path command correctly in the ~/.zshrc file, I don't think that is necessary. On my M1 Mac running Big Sur, the "/usr/local/bin" path is already in the PATH since the PATH on the later versions of macOS seems to be built from the items listed in the configuration file "/etc/path". My default PATH is:

hwtech % echo $PATH
/usr/local/bin:/usr/bin:/bin:/usr/sbin:/sbin

I've never used Stable Diffusion. What exactly have you installed from the Stable Diffusion website? At what step in the installation did you have issues? And what exact error are you getting?

I see from the last picture that you are currently trying to follow the instructions in this installation article here:

https://stable-diffusion-art.com/install-mac/

Have you read all of the user comments of that installation article? The author appears to be answering questions about installation issues. One of the users mentioned that Homebrew asks the user to perform two actions after the initial Homebrew installation script completes (I have modified the first command so it will work for any user since I am using the $HOME variable so you can actually copy & paste the entire line I have quoted here, as is, into the Terminal & press the "Return" key to execute).

After installing Homebrew you need the environment variable PATH by using these commands:
(echo; echo ‘eval “$(/opt/homebrew/bin/brew shellenv)”‘) >> $HOME/.zprofile
and
eval “$(/opt/homebrew/bin/brew shellenv)”

Also, when posting pictures in the future, please make sure they are oriented in the proper direction since I will usually ignore them as it gives me a headache. You can easily rotate pictures on an iPhone/iPad using the instructions in the following article....I would imagine Android devices would have something similar:

You're welcome. Happy to know you got that sorted out. 🙂

As for the next questions: I wouldn't know. But I'm sure someone will chime in with guidance. It might help to post additional details about exactly what it is you're trying to accomplish. That isn't clear to me.

Meanwhile, you might post your question in the Developer forum:

Homebrew is notorious for causing these types of issues. You need to be very careful using Homebrew or you could really mess up your system.

What instructions are you trying to follow here? It helps if you provide a link so we know exactly what you are trying to follow.

It also helps to know exactly what version of macOS you are using and even the exact model of the Mac since there are differences with Homebrew installations between Intel Macs and Apple Silicon M-series Macs. You can get this information by clicking the Apple menu and selecting "About This Mac".

You should enter the command within the "~/.zshrc" file. You will either need to quit the Terminal session & relaunch it, or you can enter the following command on the command line to have zsh to utilize the new changes to the "~/.zshrc" file. See this post by @VikingOSX:

Thank you so much.

I use the latest M3 MAX PRO, and I wanted to install stable diffusion initially.

Thanks a lot for an answer, I think I really need help as no apple chat and online consulting service is not available in my country.

I changed the path and my zshrc looks like this attached image.

I did not change /usr to my name I only copied instructions
