How to change the Thumbnail of a video in Photos app?
Solution I found here suggesting I should first use Edit mode, then go to video on timeline, choose frame to set new thumbnail doesn't work.

The right steps, but the last one: select Video, choose Edit Mode, move to favorite frame--- then go to Menu>Image>Make Poster Frame.
