How to activate new iPad mini?
my ipad is locked, all i get is ipad unavailable. i never even got to put in a id. how do i get it unlocked?

Click here and follow the instructions. Restoring the iPad requires plugging it into a computer with iTunes or Devices installed, or a Mac running Catalina or newer.
If there's an option to erase it, you can use that instead.
