Can water damage be fixed on iPhone 14 Pro Max?

Phone went in pool for less than 5 minutes.Phone was switchingon & off by itself. Then I switched it off& now it won't turn on.

Left in in fiber cloth for 24 hours,now the back is slightly open. Still won't turn on.

It's anot iPhone 14 pro max

No. Liquid damage is not repairable. The device will have to be replaced.

Even if it does dry out to the point that it runs and appears to work, it is not safe to use. The process of corrosion has already begun and can not be stopped.

Turning on a wet machine can cause more damage and increase the cost of repair. ⚠️
