iPhone XR water damage
I recently had water damage to my iPhone XR and removed the SIM card and let it sit overnight and still has yet to turn on now I've been letting it sit in rice since noon and still not yet to turn on.

Depending on the amount of damage, your phone may be damaged beyond repair. Putting it in rice does not really help at all. You need to get an appointment at an Apple Store for an evaluation and possible replacement of the phone.
