Bought Tickets on StubHub with a Private Relay

I bought tickets to an event on StubHub and used hide my email . The tickets were issued to AXS under the private relay address to which i was instructed to set up an account under the private relay address to obtain the tickets . I cannot set up an account as the private email cannot be verified as AXS is not associated with that private relay address used on StubHub. Is there any way the private relay address can be changed for AXS to the one used on StubHub so the verification email gets sent to my apple ID and i can retrieve the tickets?
