MacBook Touch Bar

I myself, am a TouchBar addict and use it all the time from Xcode to Video editing. I have a 16-inch Macbook Pro (2019). Since Apple's latest release of newer models, the touch bar has been removed, I am distraught as my MacBook is getting old and it needs a bit of a revival. I don't think I could do everything I do with such efficiency, without the touch bar although there are many things about the new models that are very intriguing, such as MagSafe charging and the M chips. When in the office, I use upwards of three screens at once. I tried to find a way to do this on the go for my MacBook by getting a screen extender the only one that is suitable is something called "Monduo 16-inch Pro Duo Display", The only hitch with this is that it only supports use on M chips. this puts me in a catch-22 situation as I can't have my TouchBar on the new MacBooks but I can have 3 screens and vice-versa. My big question is whats the likelihood of seeing the TouchBar again on a 16 Inch Macbook Pro with later Tech Specs?
