Create Smart Mailbox that filters out certain emails while searching for multiple keywords in emails

I want to create a project specific Smart Mailbox that searches for 3 keywords (call them "apple", "orange, and, "banana") in any email while also filtering out a few specific email addresses (call them "spam1@spam", "spam2@spam", and "spam3@spam"). Currently, I can only setup three separate rules to search for "any" of the three keywords, but can't filter out the emails; if I added any of the spam email addresses to an "any" rule-based Smart Mailbox, it would return any email that isn't from that sender but not necessarily related to the project.

Is there a way to have all keywords searched for in one rule and all emails searched for an another? That way, I could use an "all" rule-based mailbox instead. Let me know if this is possible.

Thank you!

OOPs, lost track of the goal when thinking about the course! :(

Maybe AppleScript + HoudaSpot?

a smart folder is actually a property list file (with extension .savedSearch) including a Spotlight query and some appearance settings.

You can create this file with AppleScript but I don’t know whether it will be recognized after putting it manually into ~/Library/Saved Searches/

Thanks for the reply. However, this seems like if these rules are met, the emails are deleted out of my inbox when instead I'm trying to setup a Smart Mailbox with the above rules. I don't want to delete the spam emails completely, just don't want them to appear in the specific project Smart Mailbox. Hope that provides a little clarification.
