I have an Apple Watch series 8 with cellular and it did notify local emergency dept 000 after a fall

i have an apple series 8 with cellauer and it did notify local emegegency dept 000 here in australia after having a fall it did not work yesterday, what settings have i changed? would like to get that option back again.

How do I correct emergency 000 call details and ensure proper connection on Apple Watch? I fell over last night in the park and my watch I guess instigated an emergency call which I cancelled because I was okay. But when I got home and saw the cancelled call on my Iphone (which I had left at home and I only had my apple watch on when I was walking), I saw the 000 call listed in my Recent calls but the details of the 000 number said it went to White Pages: Forestry Corporation of NSW. I thought, why would THEY want to know that someone in a town in western australia had had a fall? How can I correct this in my iphone? How can I be sure it is actually ringing 000 as well. thanks.
