Watching Apple TV

We signed up for 3 months free Apple TV. We watched 4 episodes of Monarch and then we can no longer watch episodes. Says they can’t download. We troubleshoot and it says there is nothing wrong. We can still get it on our IPad and IPhone but not our TV. We have Roku.
