How can I monitor my elderly parent’s email activity?

My elderly mother and I live in different states in the US. She calls me overwhelmed by email and wants me to look at it. Then we have to screen share, which isn’t easy for either of us—and I have vision problems also. How can I as her POA gain legitimate access to her email? Thanks for any help.

If you have her email address and password, you can log into her account on your device.
