Quiero desactivar la protección antirrobo

Desde la actualización no me sirve el Face ID y quiero desactivarlo pero no puedo por la protección antirrobo.

FaceID damaged after battery replacement at authorized store I had my battery for iPhone 12 Pro Max replaced at an Apple authorized service center today . I noticed that my Face ID is not working and I am unable to reset . I ran some tests on my camera and noticed that my portrait mode of front facing camera is unable to work properly as a result of the replacement and is also possible the reason Face ID damage what are my options ? Since this is an Apple Auth store will they repair it or is this an issue with upgrade to iOS 17.2
