Photos from messages

i saw this reply "Go to Settings> iPhone Storage > Messages. Tap Review Large Attachments, and you’ll see a list of files larger than 4MB. From there, select Edit and tap on each one you want to delete, then select the trash can icon on the top right to get rid of them. You can also swipe left on individual ones and tap Delete to send them to the trash."

Does it mean i will remove these photos from my gallery photos as well?
